  • Full-fat yogurt: two measures
  • Olive oil or butter: three tablespoons

How to prepare:

 Wash the chicken and cut it into pieces of the same size.

Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.

In a large bowl, mix yogurt, black pepper, red pepper powder, and saffron until it becomes smooth.

Mix the chicken pieces with the prepared ingredients and in the last step we add the sliced onions and place it in a closed container in the refrigerator for three hours.

  It is better to mix the chicken ingredients regularly during this time so that the ingredients penetrate better into the chicken.

After the chickens are flavored, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Next, place the pieces of chicken meat on the meat board, then we skewer the boneless pieces side by side and the boned pieces side by side.

After skewering the chickens is finished, prepare the charcoal grill evenly and place the skewers on the grill. If desired, can add a little salt again before grilling the chickens.

 Rotate the skewers regularly every few moments so that the chickens cook evenly. If you want, will also skewer some tomatoes and green peppers and grill them on the grill next to the chickens.

After grilling the chickens, melt the butter (you can also use olive oil) and apply it on the chickens with a brush. If you don’t like the taste of butter, you can remove it from the necessary ingredients. Finally, serve the grilled chicken with rice or bread.
