tussendoortje.De bereiding van saffraanmelk is heel snel en gemakkelijk.Afhankelijk van je smaak kun je zuivelmelk gebruiken of als je allergisch bent voor melk lactose, gebruik dan plantaardige melk.<\/p><h3><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/h3><ul><li>Zuivelmelk (of plantaardige melk): 2 glazen<\/li><li>Saffraanpoeder: een kwart theelepel<\/li><li>Suiker of honing: 2 theelepels<\/li><li>Gepelde amandelen: een half kopje<\/li><\/ul><h3><strong>Recepten:<\/strong><\/h3><p>Verpoeder de amandelen.<\/p><p>Doe het saffraanpoeder in een kopje en voeg er kokend water aan toe om het tien minuten te laten trekken.<\/p><p>Doe zuivelmelk of amandelmelk in een bakje en zet het op een laag gasvlammetje tot het kookt. Voeg er dan suiker of honing aan toe.
