The easiest way to prepare traditional Iranian ice cream at home

Ingredients:

  • A liter of vanilla ice cream
  • A package of 250 grams of cream
  • One and a half tablespoons of thick brewed saffron
  • A tablespoon of rose water
  • Slice pistachios as needed

How to prepare:

  First, prepare a flat dish and cover the bottom of the dish with cellophane, then spread the cream over the entire surface of the dish. and put it in the freezer for two to three hours

We put the vanilla ice cream outside the refrigerator for half an hour, so that we can easily mix other ingredients in it.

Then we take the cream out of the freezer and divide it into small pieces, and add it to the ice cream along with other ingredients (saffron, pistachio slices and rose water).

Put all the mixed ingredients in a closed container and put it in the freezer for a day. After ice cream formed, your traditional ice cream is ready to serve.
