Saffron milk is one of the tasty and delicious drinks that is usually used for breakfast or snack.

The preparation of saffron milk is very quick and easy.

According to your taste, you can use dairy milk or if you are allergic to milk lactose, use vegetable milk.

Iingredients:

  • Dairy milk (or vegetable milk): 2 glasses
  • Saffron Powder: a quarter of a teaspoon
  • Sugar or honey: 2 teaspoons
  • Peeled almonds: half a cup

Recipes:

Powder the almonds.

 Put the Saffron powder in a cup and add boiling water to it to infuse for ten minutes.

Put dairy milk or almond milk into a container and put it on a low gas flame until it boils. Then add sugar or honey to it. Then, add the almond powder and wait for a few minutes until it boils and becomes creamy, add the brewed saffron and stir until combined.
