SaffranShop.nl delivers throughout the Netherlands with PostNL. All products are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands. You will always receive an email with a track and trace code after shipment.

Orders placed before 17:00 PM are shipped the same day and delivered the next (working) day in the Netherlands. You can always track your order via the track and trace code that you will receive separately by e-mail

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a unique tracking code in a link by email. This allows you to track the shipment.

Orders from €49,99 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands. For orders under €49,99, we charge €8,25 delivery costs.

Collection is often not possible with us. If you still wish this, we request that you contact our customer service: info@saffranshop.nl We will then do our utmost to make this possible for you.

Our products are often an original gift. Please contact us before ordering to have your order specially packed.
