Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason, provided that the seal has not been broken. If the seal is broken, your order becomes final and can no longer be returned.If you exercise your right of withdrawal, you then have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will be refunded the full order amount including shipping costs.
Only the return shipping costs from your home to the web shop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately €9.25 per package; please consult your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@saffranshop.nl.
We will then refund the owed order amount within 14 days of receiving your return notification, provided the product has already been received in good condition.
